• My role involves generating billing reports with the support of management and performing thorough reviews of work orders.
• My responsibilities include integrating user production data with raw billing datasets, extracting new volume details from refreshed reports, and allocating work assignments to users accordingly.

• Driving the TAT claims of the Synergy requests for the provider, followed by escalations and priority requests by clients.
• OJT support for the team on any process-related queries and acting as a gatekeeper for the delegated clarifications.
• Conducting team huddles and reviews to discuss the client updates and process updates, conducting weekly PKTs, and process refreshers.
• Internal audits and error analysis for the team to maintain the quality targets.
