Support training Team
- RBRC (Right BA on Right Counter) – Counter manned according to their strength.
- Giving product training, link selling and increase basket size.
- Educate BA for Top SKU Availability, follow FIFO (first in first out), trained BA for slow moving SKU and give extra support to liquidate.
Support Sales Team
- Share offtake target with team on every month.
- Share daily offtake with team
- Analyst daily offtake with brand wise channel wise and flash with team on daily basis
- Update L2L data for store wise brand wise and share with sales and training team.
- Maintain file for ABV, ASP, UPB, Bill count and share the same with sales & Training Team.
- Maintain month end report and share with ASM
LORS (offtake data analysis)
- Ensure on time collection of the BA offtake Report by 3rd of Every Month.
- Ensure the successful offtake entry in lors by 15th of every month.
- Validate the Lors entry with BA’s monthly report.
- Analysis of store master with lors data.
- Educate BA’s about the common mistakes in the BA report.
- Making offtake target Naunce wise.
- Fetch BA attendance from care portal and flash with team
Prepare Salary & Incentive
- Incentive & Expense file prepare and share with ASM.
- Headcount summary share with ASM along with salary file.
Joining Formalities
- Complete joining formalities For Ex. joining form, collecting necessary documents and update online also.
- Submit the joining form to the respective third party.
- Initiate the bank account formalities for the BA’s
- Update new bank details with vendor for BA’s salary transfer
- Follow-up & Distribution of the appointment letter.
- Follow-up for ESIC & ID-Cards for new joining.
· EXIT & LEAVE Formalities
- Filling up the Exit interview form.
- Collect the necessary articles from exit associates (such as ID cards uniforms any other badges)
- Process and regular follow -up for the Full & Final settlement for exit associates.
- Follow –up and coordinate with vendor regarding associates maternity leave and other payment issue during the leaves.
- Strategically planned shift schedules, processed holiday requests and granted leaves to optimize labour costs and productivity.
