Description: Next Best Action is a platform where we have different types of audiences like MS
Employees, FAs, All Employees, and Other Employees, where they can see/create their
own ideas and launch campaigns.
Responsibilities:

• Project Management and Development: Successfully implemented new features
  for NBA REST Services, played a key role in Microservices development, and ensured
  code quality improvement through Code reviews and the use of the Sonar tool
• Client Interaction and Requirement Gathering: Actively involved in requirement
  gathering with US clients, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal
  skills.
• Technical Problem Solving: Analyzed logs in Splunk to debug issues, resolved
  TeamCity build issues and ensured continuous releases using CDSS.
• Timely Delivery and Project Management: Ensured on-time delivery of reports as

  and client satisfaction.
• Developed server-side coding and performed JUnit Testing.
