Project - PRDB - Prospect and Responder Database (Big Data & ETL Testing)

Description: PRDB is the first IQVIA Human Data Science Cloud (HDSC) solution to be implemented on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) framework, Patient Prospect and Responder Databases will provide a key pillar for our end-to-end approach to patient recruitment. Optimized end-to-end patient recruitment requires a seamless ability to target patients most likely to benefit from trials and requires deep data access. The Patient Prospect and Responder Databases will be a solution focusing on ensuring expedient access to consumer data for targeting potential prospects and well-structured collection of responder data to enable ongoing outreach and insights.

The proposed solution will support and improve means to Direct to patient outreach and marketing, Patient acquisition/trial matching. The primary goals of the Responder DB will focus on study recruitment. With the core functionalities include Industry-leading digital patient marketing/recruitment processes, Referral & scheduling support, Engagement 'waiting room' for non-matched patients, Dynamic screening & Trial Matching Tool and Re-engagement of Alumni with various channels.

Roles and Responsibility

• End to End Testing Activity.
• Understanding the project and creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Data, Test Scenario, Test Cases, Test Scripts for Test execution, RTM, Defect Management to ensure Quality Assurance and to test all business requirements.
• Verification of data between the Source, Lading zone and Asset layer (Target).
• Building scripts to load data from S3/HDFS location to Hive Tables
• Involved in loading the data from different source (Oracle, Sql Server, Salesforce) to HDFS and populating the data into a table.
• Involved in deployment
• Monitoring the running applications in CDP environment.
• Validating the Business Rules in all possible ways by passing different set of Test Data
• Creating Shell script to run large number of Batches
• Interactions with BA & Dev teams to resolve the issues.
• Logging Defect and Tracking using JIRA

Project - Clinical Data Warehousing (ETL Testing)

Description: The Clinical Data Warehouse compiles clinical trial data from different Amgen sources. It provides a central and managed location for data for reporting and sharing. There are three main layers which plays a major role in this they are Staging, Visualization and Historical layer. CDW is updated with a new study the incremental load can be interpreted as a “full load Incremental dataset updates will yield cumulative study content within CDW. When a new load of Date is triggered using CDMS2SAS tool for a dataset there is many changes with fields so we are showcasing on the data flow and logic of structure. There are changes with adding new column with or without data, renaming the Column with or without data, Data type change with or without data etc.
