- Water, the key element, defines sustainability for all programs ranging from, food security, health, education, and livelihood. My role has been revolving around the main component of providing water to rural communities, which helps especially girls get back to school, women get more free time to pursue other livelihood opportunities and farmers to cultivate more land.
- Started as a Senior Manager, and within a year, was promoted to Director as I could strategically solve an important issue of managing multiple projects with a definite deadline.
- Strategized, Designed and Project managed 800 water schemes, built 45,000 sanitation facilities for individual houses, and obtained 4,000 acres of land for irrigation through surface water conservation.
- Climate action Initiatives: Designing and developing natural resource management strategies to secure surface and aquifer water recharge. More than 1 million Orchard plantations, improved cookstoves, 2,000 solar street lights, Biogas facilities, solar installations across 500 schools and preprimary institutions, every water scheme runs on solar power.
- Efficient irrigation practices followed to optimize water usage and recharging are key aspects in all programs.
- Plastic segregation and recycling program initiated and run in almost 300 villages.
- Handling a multidisciplinary team of social scientists, Agri engineers, supply chain team, and Civil engineers.
- Cultivated relationships with donors, sponsors, partners and other stakeholders involved in the operations of the non-profit organization.
