• My role is to evolve and govern the data strategy, analytics, reporting and platforms to define our information assets, transform data into business value at scale, democratize data by building self-service capabilities for GE Aerospace Supply Chain and build a leading Data and Analytics organization
• I manage a team of 70+ employees and vendor resources spread across multiple time zones in Bangalore, Detroit, and Cincinnati

Achievements:

• Budget Management, Staffing and Resource Management for a 70+ member (FTE + Vendor) Team – scaling and restructuring as per needs of the organization and priorities
• Managed a budget of $10M for GE Aerospace in resources, vendors, and tools cost
• Improved the overall employee engagement score by double digits within a year

• As the regional CTO, I brought cohesion and collaboration to cross functional and cross organizational teams to identify and reduce duplication and align priorities to mission and strategy objectives
• My technical expertise and years of experience across the full stack enabled me to take a deeper look at the solutions, architectures, and dependencies to validate and course correct where needed
• Additionally, I was the glue that binds the global CTO, CIO, and regional senior IT leadership across MENAT and ASPAC together, translating strategy and intent into a cohesive technical implementation
