Interested to apply my knowledge and proficiency in academic disciplines with prior work experience in a funding organization (Bread for the world, Germany).
· Handle project for four NGOs working at district levels
· Assessing periodical action Plan every quarter on various given projects for social change
· Coordinate with Regional office and consolidated reports quarterly and annually
· Delivered seminars on various rights and entitlements and Gender mainstreaming across Nagaland
· Strengthen community leaders at various district levels
· Constant travelling under pressure for field work and means of verification.
