  • Receiving the input cad date and understanding the special requests apart from the standard guidelines. Modeling of seating system Front and Rear seats assembly. That includes Seats Foams (backrest, bottom rest, and headrest). Seats Rails, pipes, seat retractors, wires, seat hinges, seat anchor & trims. Clearing Intersection and Penetrations if any, as per the request and guidelines using Hypermesh.
  • Output from Modelling team is taken and keenly inspected and made connections to ensure there are non-connected components in the assembly.
  • Using Hyperform material we search for exact material properties i.e CFD (Compression Force Deflection) as per client request.
  • Using hyper foam material we search for exact material properties i.e. CFD (Compression Force Deflection) as per client request. Later on conducting ILD analysis to determine foam properties and perform Virtual comfort analysis by using FMVSS-208 (Automotive occupant crash protection) standard test procedure. Plot the results and generate the reports.
  • Fe modelling of seating system consist of Foam pads and structural assembly received from Meshing team. Detail inspection of modeled data and confirming from performing Modal analysis and later on conducting Bolt Pre-tension Analysis.
  • Established a robust verification and validation process for CAE models, improving model reliability and performance predictions.
