Working profile,
· Working as food ingredients application developer in Cake & ice-cream products in collaboration with cross-functional teams, research product ideas, determine feasibility, create prototypes, and stabilize formulations for scale-up.
· Worked with various global technical teams of our principals/suppliers and support to the business development team, sales & marketing team to carry out plant trials and help customer to set up recipes.
· Technical presentation and application for the customers to upgrade and to solve trouble shoots.
· Formulating products using our specialty ingredients such as dairy proteins, plant proteins, fibers, millets, natural colors & extracts and helping the customers for new products as well as the process changes to stream line there facilities uninterruptedly.
· Developed the customers by selling concepts and ideas with variety of specialty food and nutrition ingredients to Cake & Ice-cream manufacturer.
· Developed & standardized recipes at lab level with the variety of specialty ingredients that we sell to the Cake & Ice-cream manufacturer.
· Stay abreast of technical trends through involvement with outside organizations, professional contacts, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, etc.
Deep knowledge about cake & ice-cream RM additives/ingredients, production process, FSSAI regulations, testing parameters, & formulations.
