• I am currently working as a AML(Anti-Money Laundering) Analyst on ManpowerGroup Services India Pvt.Ltd payroll in India MCO Team for American Express Banking Corop,Gurugram.
• As a part of my job I am currently providing support to my team in Sanctions Screening along with Transaction monitoring related activities for American Express,Gurugram.

• I was working as a Senior Customer Care Professional (KYC Analyst) on Amex Payroll (Band 28)since 10 June 2022 to July 2024 in the KYC Team for American Express, Gurgaon .
• As a part of my job I was responsible for complete KYC Refresh and approval process including KYC documentation review in compliance to RBI guidelines pertaining to policy & procedures along with maintenance activity for Legal Entities in India Market as per their risk categories.
• On the basis of my performance was promoted from CCP to Senior CCP in June 2023 .
• Was also awarded as a STAR employee for the month of August 2023 .
• Also provided support as a SME(Subject Matter Expert) in the AR(Acute Remediation) project for 6 months in managing 5-6 individuals under my supervision including managing escalated cases.
• Was a part of the Legal Entity KYC Team which was awarded CFN Tribute Winners- Q3 2023 for Acute Remediation Project.

•I was working as a Customer Service Representative on ManpowerGroup Services India Pvt.Ltd, Gurgaon payroll for KYC(Know Your Customer) team , American Express (AMEX)Gurgaon which is responsible for Periodic Updation of KYC records for all the personal and Corporate card members along with Corporate legal entities in India market as per RBI Guidelines.

•As a part of my job I was responsible for assisting the KYC TEAM in managing and allocation for their mailbox along with CLIC transfer activities.

• I was working and supporting my family business of pulses.

• 2 years &4 months of working experience as a Business Analyst on Manpowergroup Services India Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon for American Express, Gurgaon .As a part of my job I was responsible for complete processing and approval process of the Supplementary Cards/Addon Cards for all the AMEX personal Card holders in India market .
• On the basis of my performance was promoted from Supplementary Card Analyst to Senior Supplementary Card Analyst on January 2019.
• As a Senior Supplementary Card Analyst was working in a blended process which included initiating , processing and getting the add on card's(Supplementary card's) approved for all the different AMEX Personal Card Holders within the particular time frame .
