• Proactively pursuing certification through remote learning in Software Development which includes Skills like DSA with Arrays, sorting basics etc. from Nov 2023.
• Participated in the Online DSCI Certified Privacy professional DCPP certification under Microsoft & DSCI project CyberShiksha for Privacy module for women on break conducted by Tsaaro Academy from August to Nov, 2023.

I decided to take a pause from work to completely dedicate myself to helping support family & volunteer work that I wanted to do for myself.

After taking time off, now refreshed & gaining the necessary skills needed to return to work. I continued pursuing certification in software development from Nov 2023.

Worked as a Support Engineer. In the Data center of Washim Urban cooperative Bank, Head office, Washim.

• Streamlined support processes, increasing efficiency and reducing response time for client issues.
• Monitoring & maintaining systems & networks.
• Responding to technical support calls, emails from other staff members or clients & communicating how to resolve issues.
• Worked on the functional part of banking operations, which includes keeping records of payments with vendors, working on websites, taking banking reports etc., & got introduced to software procedures that keep the flow of the NPCI & CTS systems.
• Understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc. Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL
• Resolved technical problems for clients, improving overall customer satisfaction.

• Worked as IT Assistant in Data center of Akola District Central cooperative Bank, Head office Akola.
• Provided timely technical support to employees, minimizing downtime and maintaining workflow continuity.
• In 2017,Bank was introduced to Core Banking solutions system with ATM,RTGS, NEFT,Net Banking and more facilities with net banking. To continue the facilities and to work on their CBS & Backend system which process transactions across branches they required Enggineers. While training I got introduced to Ransomeware attack & how bank got protected from that attack.
• Offered assistance in implementing and developing training programs.
