  • M.Tech Thesis Project: Microfluidics assisted alignment of bacterial cellulose nanofibers for POC AST devices: Studying the properties of Bacteria derived cellulose, Performing Antibiotic susceptibility testing, Using Computer vision and Image analysis to analyze the results.
  • M.Sc. Thesis Project: Synthesis of Juglone derivatives and study of their spectral data: Gained hands on experience in laboratory techniques, Performed Chemical reactions for synthesis of organic compounds. Carried out purification by column chromatography and TLC. Analyzed NMR and IR Spectra.
  • Other Academic Project: Tracking of neuron degeneration and mitochondrial reactive oxygen species in time: Used Dimension reduction, and clustering to detect ROS( Reactive Oxygen Species). Detected the change through fluorescence intensity.
