I have a total 30+ years experience in the Sales/ Marketing / Operations management at the Pan India level.

I started my career as a Sales Executive in United Database (India). Joined Singer India Ltd as a District Manager-Industrial Products for Industrial sewing machine division handling entire West India comprising Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat,Goa, Daman.

I joined Shriram Finance Ltd ( Earlier STFC) as a Branch Manager in the year December 1994 and rose to the position of "President".

in past 28 years with Shriram, i was assigned various responsibilities including Regional Business Head. Cluster Head, National Head- Farm Vehicles & equipments , Zonal Business Head, etc.


I was nominated to represent the Company at various forums and conferences.


Attended seminars for Non-Banking Finance Companies.

PNO ( Principle Nodal Officer) for RBI complaints resolutions.

This is an additional responsibility to co-ordinate with team members for timely resolutions of complaints received by the apex body (RBI Ombudsman) directly from the customers.

It involves co-ordination with various teams to get the facts and figures, information of legal cases, if any and uprating the same to the RBI portal.

Attending focused meetings of RBI Ombudsman from time to time and updating company MD for any new development.
