  • Created a chatbot leveraging MS Bot Framework v4 and integrated some user journeys like bill payment, convert to EMI, block CC and DC, know account balance, and mini statement.
  • Integrated QA and CLU models for NLP, to know the intent of user query.
  • Implemented transformer model for follow-up suggestions and product identification.
  • Built a custom Transformer model using Sentence Transformer for question and answering.
  • Worked on chatbot KPIs for MIS dashboard and established the architecture of backend data in MS SQL database by associating the tables.

  • Applied OCR model to fetch data from image and used enter image (meter, aadhar card) as query.
