• Implemented account linking process for onboarding on Alexa.
• Developed some user flows on Alexa and Facebook, which were OTP- and non-OTP-based.
• Integrated card and button on Facebook using Facebook Graph API.

IGT Solutions (OpenAI integrated)

• Created a chatbot leveraging LLM models and Langchain to generate responses from extensive documents.
• Implemented OAuth authentication through Azure Active Directory to enhance security measures.
• Successfully integrated the chatbot with Teams channel for seamless communication.

Azure DevOps Chatbot

• Developed chatbot for Azure DevOps portal activities, such as creating branches, pulling and showing project lists, and most of the features, using integrated DevOps APIs.

Leave Management Chatbot

• Developed chatbot to manage leaves of employees in a company, where employees can see, apply, and raise queries for HR and their reporting manager.
• Integrated different types of cards to modify the chatbot with more attractive features.

OCR chatbot.

• Applied OCR model to fetch data from image and used enter image (meter, aadhar card) as query.
• Bot fetches data and updates it in the DB after confirmation.
• Before the update, it displays an editable card.

• Worked on REST API to fetch data from DB, such as invoice, PR, and PO, or show in cards and integrated proactive and interrupt functionalities.
