• Currently Handling a team of 15 members overseeing day-to-day order entry, export and import arrangements of more than 10 shipments per day for a Japanese based high-end equipment manufacturer.

• Weekly discussions with client GPO's to discuss issues, support required and solutions offered by Genpact.
• Maintained established levels of goods based on sales forecasts and demand to fulfill orders on time.
• Drove operational improvements through automation of OM, import and export process with help of RPA team which resulted in FTE cost savings and optimizing other operational costs.

• Diminished accidents 99.83% by identifying root causes for corrective action.
  Kept the accuracy rate at 99.75% consistently by following corrective and preventive actions from RCA.
• Awarded "Lean certification" in submitting more than 15 ideas which are implemented in process improvement.
• Established AES for current process using KPI's and SLA's for effective evaluation, set deadlines and targets for team members to achieve operational goals.
• Green belt "Trained, tested and Certified" for process excellence awarded in automating major activities of OM, import and export.
• Successfully transitioned two processes, was given opportunity to be onsite for smoothening the transition in 2018.
