- Edge guide system upgradation at 4 Hi skin pass and ECL lines

• Root cause analysis and problem solving of major failure in Hitachi Mill DC motors.

- Resolved the heavy sparking problem at commutator in 2500 KW DC Mill motor.

- Resolved the Repeated flashover at equalizer of 2 x !250 KW RTR DC Motor

- Successful replacement the 2 x 1250 KW ROTOR of LTR side DC Motor of Hitachi Mill.

• Successful completion of DC motor overhauling work of Hitachi Mill from conceptualization stage to the execution at site in the month of March 2024 involving in finalization of activities and work schedule and finalization of procedures, methods and testing, site management for oven & equipment’s:

- 600 KW DC motor for pay off Reel.

- 2 X 2500 KW DC Motors for Mill

- 2 X 1250 KW (2 Nos) DC Motors RTR/ LTR

- 2 x 15 KW DC motor for Shape meter

• Supervision and monitoring the following procedures, methods, and testing:

- Dismantling and marking the motor parts

- Lifting procedures for Motor Parts

- Steam washing method and procedures for Motor parts.

- Drying process and testing of motor parts

- Maintenance of Commutator – Machining, Mica under cut and chamfering

- Repair and banding process of equalizer DC Motor Rotors
