· Spearheading a team of 30 members (NCE’s) for a migration project, and responsible to plan the migration windows, distribute the work within the team, end to end monitoring during the migration to make sure everything should be executed as per plan

· This role involves not only reviewing incident, problem or change but identifying process improvements, ensuring that correct RCA's have been performed across the problem records for severity 1 and severity 2 Convenes urgent CAB or ECAB Meeting for all urgent RFC's
· Chairs all CAB and ECAB meetings for all urgent RFC's Authorizes acceptable changes, either alone or after a CAB or ECAB has taken place
· Issue change schedules
· Liaises with all Necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules
· Updates the changes log with all process that occurs, including any actions to correct problems and /or to take opportunities to improve service quality
· Reviews all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives; refer back any that have been back out of the failed
· Work with the Delivery Integration Team to ensure that all relevant Teams are engaged to deliver the service at Implementation
· Review all outstanding RFC's, Analyses changes records to determine any trends and Closes RFC's
