• Co-ordinating for expansion across Tier -2 cities ,distribution centres of over 1 Million Sq ft and Dark stores of over 0.5 Million Sq ft is achieved and expansion for 0.4 Million Sq ft is in pipeline for DS.
• Developing project baselines, monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns

• Monitored costs, timescales and resources used to achieve project success for Capex and Opex.
• Repair and maintenance of infra and assets and getting Invoices , Monthly Rentals, Non PO bills on time .

Ensuring safety protocols are followed during installation.Supervising the erection crew and providing guidance.
