Description:
Developed a deep learning-based web application to detect COVID-19 from chest X-ray images using a CNN model. Addressed challenges such as limited datasets, overfitting, and optimization of sensitivity and specificity by applying data augmentation and regularization techniques. Integrated the trained model with a Flask backend, enabling real-time predictions through a user-friendly web interface. Technologies used include Python, Pandas, NumPy, Keras, Scikit-learn, Flask, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
