  • Collect Requirement from the HR SPOC's and work with Vendor for implementing the HRIS system
  • Responsible for the Implementation of Modules like Onboarding, Offboarding, Recruitment, LMS, Self Services through external HRIS System
  • Ensure the Modules are tested with 100% Quality and released for end users
  • Maintain all the data in the HRIS system with 100% Quality
  • Create a Project Plan and Track the achievements as per the plan and create alternative plan during the deviation
  • Create User Guides, FAQ's and Process Documents for the new modules which ever is launched and upgrade the existing user guides with versions
  • Providing Demo for all the Region HR SPOC's whenever a new module is launched
  • Successfully Launched Onboarding, Offboarding, Self Services system across region like Europe, China and Asian countries which covers almost 35 different sites
  • Ensure post launch support is provided for all the modules which is launched and maintain all the data in one stop system
  • Create Dashboard on the Usage of Modules and share the same with HR SPOC's to improve the usage of system
  • We do Weekly, Bi-weekly and Monthly Audit of the Data which is maintained in the HRIS system and report the same to respective SPOC and follow up till closure
  • Provide standard reports, handle ad-hoc report requests and provide HR analytics on demand
  • Perform deep dive of process and gap analysis, understand and apply best practices on work
  • Maintaining separate trackers for Issues and Enhancements raised with Vendor and do regular follow up till the closure
