• Procurement and Industrialization for key projects like K-9 Vajra, Aakash Launcher , Pinaka Launcher , Sarvatra Bridging system and submerged under water platforms
• Executed Orders worth Procurement value of NR 280 cr. with 80+ suppliers achieving OTD of 95 % & Cost Saving : INR 40 cr. across 4.5 years
• Developed 15 + suppliers around Surat for critical machining and sheet metal components.
• Planned and implemented In-house -Supplier managed machine shop as alternate to subcontracting operation leading to a cost saving of ~ 3.5 cr
• Preparing & Maintaining Documented Information as per AS 9100, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
• Auditee for Quality Management and Financial Control Audits
• Leading Digital initiatives by developing Power BI Dashboards and Intranet Portal for Vendor Onboarding, logistics management.
