• Developed and also maintaining self-service business intelligence application using Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) which has led to 2000 users across all India sites. This project has reduced the customer wait time from 2 business days to 2 minutes.
• Worked on Amazon Prime Concessions reductions project and was able to reduce the concessions by 2% on overall network.
• Achieved Site Workflow Reporting Automation. This project was to automate Customer Service Site headcount planning and shrinkage for 10k users. Through this automation, the report building and publishing time has reduced from 4hrs to 20minutes per day. Automated using Quicksight, ETL.
• Developed a score card for a new team in the organization, to gauge the performance of Customer Service Agents.
