- Managing inventory of 15 lac cases along with ASRS and Manual warehouse .

- Responsible for Compliance like , Plant TTAT , D+1 Fulfillment compliance , MSBF , FIll rate Etc.
- Working with the one of the fully automated WH which is ASRS (automated storage and retrieval system); using TMS (transportation management system) for transport planning/ freight payment.
- Managing 500+ SKU in inventory,supervising manpower planning and shift Schedule .
- Leading ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) , Operation of the ASRS and co-ordination with stake holders for Maintenance activity as well as Improvement plan.
- Maintaining optimal inventory levels to maximize inventory turns, reduce exposure of aged inventory, avoid out-of-stocks and reduce inventory carrying costs.
- Administering resources such as space Management, manpower, utility & logistics in the most optimized manner & driving best efficiency.
- Handling month end physical inventory verification, cycle count and PID; managing internal and external audits like GMP, FSSAI, GAO and so on.
- Contributing in managing Material receipts, issues and regular verification of stocks; coordinating with production department for production planning, With quality Department for on time release stock .
- Co-ordination with supply and production planner for production plan according to space availability in the warehouse.
- Despatch document preparation like Invoice , IRN , e-Way bill.
- GRN and receipt of the source product.
