Network Design and Implementation: Planning, designing, and deploying functional computer networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).

• Hardware Installation and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Network Device Management: Configuring and managing network devices like routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Software like MS office ,chrome , outlook etc related issue troubleshooting . New Windows(10,11) installation and problem troubleshooting .
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, printer, biometrics devices and network-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to business operations.
• System Administration: Managing network operating systems, user accounts, access controls.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of network configurations, hardware inventory.
• Vendor Management: Coordinating with hardware and network equipment vendors for procurement, support, and resolving hardware-related issues.

• Answering Inquiries: Responding to company operators and customer calls, emails, and chats regarding internet connectivity, speed, billing, equipment, and other service-related issues.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to internet modems, routers, Wi-Fi, and network configurations. This often involves guiding company operators and customers through a series of steps to identify and fix the issue.
• Providing Solutions: Offering effective and timely solution of operator problems and customer, which may include configuration changes, equipment resets, or scheduling a technician visit.
• Escalation: Identifying and escalating complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

• Getting Purchase order from client and completing work under given timeline.
• Coordination with operation team and client : coordinating between client and operation team regarding premises permission for entry or any tower and devices installation at client site
• Provide support to resolving MPLS internet connectivity at project site .

• Diagnosing and resolving network outages and performance degradation issues affecting multiple users.
• Troubleshooting complex routing, switching, and connectivity problems within the ISP's network.
• Troubleshooting basic internet problems with the customer's modem, router, and devices
• Troubleshooting complex routing, switching, and connectivity problems within the ISP's network.
• Supporting field engineer in RF devices configuration .

• Installing and configuring RF equipment such as antennas, transmitters, receivers, and related hardware at various sites (e.g., cell towers, broadcast stations, remote communication facilities).
• Ensuring proper alignment, grounding, and connectivity of RF components.
• Testing and commissioning newly installed equipment to verify performance against specifications.
