• Coordinate ore transportation and vehicle movement from mine to plant for uninterrupted plant feed.

• Manage plant manpower, operators, and helpers during shifts to ensure efficient plant operation.

• Ensure strict safety protocol during plant operation, maintenance, and shutdown activities.

• Supervise tailing disposal system and tailing dam management, including slurry pumping and pipeline monitoring.
