● Deploy, configure and troubleshoot virtual machines, install VMware tools, upgrade VM hardware version.

● Migrating of Virtual Machines using VMotion, SVMotion Performing Snapshots, Cloning, Deployment of VM using templates, OVF, Exporting OVF, Shared disk.

● Configure HA , DRS , P2V & V2V.

● Providing / modifying resources (CPU, Memory, and Disk) to VM as per request.

● Installation of ESXI on all physical hardware and perform the hardening on physical hosts as per the policy.

● Planning, implementing, and monitoring VMware Cluster, ESXI host, VCenter server.

● Handling the Major Incidents and Root Cause Analysis Knowledge on VMware ESXI Infra and get the RCA from them.

● Develop, update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation.

● Installation of Windows/ ESXI Host / VCenter security patches and hardening / VA closure to make the server compliance as per security norms.
