Field Operator
- Performing routine maintenance checks on all machinery and apparatus to make sure they are running as intended. Taking part in start-up and shutdown procedures as well as performing routine checks on local pumps and compressors as directed.
- Checking the lubricant levels in tanks, pumps, and other drain equipment. Reporting all equipment and instrument problems and taking additional corrective action that may be necessary. Assisting with the isolation and drainage of chemicals and oils during maintenance work.
- Assisting with the isolation and drainage of chemicals and oils during maintenance work. Following maintenance, de-isolate the equipment and restart it in accordance with usual practice.
- Monitoring and keeping track of different equipment parameters, including temperature, pressure, and gas and oil flow rates. Operating and maintaining the production units and system of the oil and gas treatment facility
- Loading of vessels – naphtha, mineral turbine oil, light diesel oil, C9 aromatics, residue.
ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES
- Make Regular Routine Checks of all Equipment and Units to ensure that they are Functioning Correctly in Accordance with Standard Operating Procedure. Taking regular reading for one hour such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, level... etc. Operate, Controlling and Produced Water Treatment, Fuel gas ,Conditioning unit, condensate processing unit and utility section Group meeting, tool box talk,stop card system and LOCK OUT/ TAG OUT.
