PROJECT#1:INFOTAINMENT

Ford mach-e (2022 Nov to till today)

Responsibilities :

• The evaluation and verification of automotive in-vehicle infotainment software.
• Being a part of daily scrum meetings to discuss testing updates on integration builds.
• Examining and evaluating the system requirements given by the requirements team.
• Skilled in setting up infotainment systems and has a comprehensive understanding of this area.
• Producing test cases that meet acceptable requirements.
• Using USB, ADB commands, and UDS Protocol, software will be flashed in the information system.
• I am proficient in setting up test benches and have a significant amount of experience with the test harness.
• Executing test cases in the infotainment system while sending signals through the Canoe tool.
• Validation of various features such as Bluetooth, USB, Android Auto, and CarPlay.
• Validation of HMI functionalities like AC, BLOWER, and SPEED by sending signals from the Canoe tool.
• Testing the usability of the user interface while connecting the infotainment system through Android Auto and carPlay.
• Verification and configuration of various DTC’s, DID’s, RID’s using Unified Diagnostics Services.
• Extracting serial logs by utilizing ADB commands through Teraterm.
• Monitoring ticket status and reporting bugs using the JIRA tool.

PROJECT#2:CLUSTER

LEXUS LS400(2022 March to 2022 Oct)

Responsibilities:

• Bringing experience in turning on (KNOCK ON) and off (KNOCK OFF) operations for turn indicator validation.
• Capable of performing telltale validation in a variety of ignition modes.
• Proficiency in verifying functions such as cruise control warning, turn indicators, ABS warning, handbrake warning, and lane-keeping warning.
• Proficiency in setting up Telltale features for maximum efficiency.
• Significant background in verifying various telltales and chimes.
• Infotainment systems have been successfully and smoothly integrated with instrument clusters, steering wheel controls, and climate control, among other in-car components. By ensuring coordinated operations, this integration improves user experience.

PROJECT#3:ADAS

Cadillac lyric 6.0(2020 dec to 2022 feb)

Responsibilities :

• Examination and evaluation of the requirements team's submitted system requirements.
• Vast expertise in confirming traffic sign warnings.
• Capable of checking features like automated parking and hill hold assistance with ease.
• Using the JIRA tool, tracking the status of tickets and reporting bugs.
• Comprehensive examination and evaluation of the requirements team's system specifications.
• Considerable experience building configuration databases.
• Tracking down and recording tickets for features that don't meet the requirements as stated.
• Instead of using the Canoe tool for signal transfer and entertainment, use the AVB panel.
• Significant background in ADAS-related diagnostic management.
• Participation in initiatives aimed at promoting continuous improvement, suggestions for process improvements, and best practices to increase the efficacy and efficiency of HIL testing protocols.
