Exchange Reconciliation & House Trade Reconciliation :

• Performing reconciliations to match the Trade with the Exchange for F & O and OTC products between Client Accounts and GMI in XBE.
• Reconciliation of trades, positions and P & L between Risk Management System and GMI for F & O products Equities, Rates and Commodities in Union 2
• Performing Nostro reconciliation on the daily settlement activity of variation margin at Omnibus level
• Partnering with Middle Office and Financial Control teams to investigate and clear the breaks.
• Manage issues, queries, escalations, projects related to daily BAU and perform the supervisory checks
• Applications used: GMI ,Clear Vision, GREX , XBE , Trinity , I Vault , Alteryx ,AME and Union2
• Performing Trial balance task where we balance all the journal entries in GMI
• Training new resources in the team and Updating SLA sheets
• Picking additional tasks in the absence of colleagues.
• Coordinating with the team members to finish the tasks in order to adhere with the SLAs.
  
  

Client Services Group and Breaks Management :

• Responding efficiently and proactively to client queries
• Investigation of Breaks and fixing it
• Averaging task are larger financial risk where we investigate the balances and positions
• Allocating trades to the end account of clients in the specific application as per requests
• Applications used: Swiss Key, GMI, Business Objects, GLOBE, Clear Vision
• Investigation of T+1 Breaks and commissions Amount
• Chasing Broker and Client through calls and mails.
• Undertake trade break resolution, investigation of position breaks notified by the client / ETD reconciliations.
• Creation and review of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
