  • Lead EHS and sustainability initiatives to drive a zero-accident culture across the organization.
  • Develop and deploy the Safety Improvement Plan (SIP), HSE Roadmap, and support programs with effective follow-up on implementation and performance.

  • Monitor the HSE Portal for unsafe acts/conditions and near misses, ensuring timely reporting, investigation, and closure.
