1. Instrumentation Engineering & Design:

  • Responsible for instrumentation engineering and design activities for FPSO/offshore projects.
  • Preparation and review of Instrument Index, I/O List, Cable Schedule, Cable Block Diagram, Wiring Diagrams, Instrument/JB Layouts, Hook-ups, LCP/UCP and ICSS deliverables.
  • Review instrumentation specifications, datasheets, layouts and engineering documents.
    2. 3D Modelling & Model Review
  • Review of instrument locations, instrument stands, impulse piping, JBs, cable trays and associated supports.
  • Participate in 30%, 60% and 90% model reviews and close-out of model comments.
  • Review of STP/model files and coordination with other disciplines.

    4. Interdisciplinary & Interface Coordination

    5. Vendor & Client Document Review

  • Coordinate technical clarifications with vendors and EPC/client teams.
    Ensure vendor inputs are incorporated into engineering and 3D models.
    6. Cable Tray & Cable Engineering
  • Review cable tray routing, tray sizing, cable segregation and instrument cable routing.
  • Coordinate cable tray interfaces and tie-in requirements.
  • Support cable MTO estimation and review of cable schedules and cable block diagrams.
    7. Instrumentation Installation & Mounting
