• Vehicle design was executed by client at his location and we are at offshore supported them by provided Designing And detailing services for all major components of Vehicle

· Design, Development and Manufacturing of DEF Reservoir systems and other components are done by client at their location. We offshore team support our client by providing services in Creating Models, Assemblies and Detailing. Also, we support in Tolerance stack up, Volume analysis, Stress calculations and Surface area calculations sometimes

· Managing the workload from onsite to offshore and delivering the Tasks on time as per priorities and production requirements. Releasing Rev 0 drawings as per stipulated timelines

· Modeling and Detailing of Sheet metal & Plastic parts per customer requirements and standards.

· F G Wilson manufactures a spark arresting box silencer, this is the part of their container gen sets. The box silencer is basically an exhaust silencer which they mount to the roof of the container and all of the exhaust emissions pass through the silencer.

· The project involves designing and detailing of Sheet metal components for spark arresting box silencer for GENSET. These components will be assembled with fasteners. The completed assembly will be converted as weldment assembly by taking weld dimensions as specified in the input drawings. Finally, manufacturing drawings to be extracted from all component and weldment.
