- Company Overview: (Pharma Excipient Distribution Company)
- Sales Coordination and Distribution: Managing the team that is responsible for Coordination with both Internal Sales people and Customers. POC for Principal and Grade A customers (across the globe). I am Responsible for ensuring rational distribution of available stocks to maintain smooth relationship with Customers & Principals.
- Import Management: End to end management of imports for all Business Lines.
- Demand Forecasting & Product Pricing: Doing analysis of demand of Pharma Excipients based on the buying pattern and Project proceedings. I am Responsible for replenishing stocks to ensure business continuity. Ensuring fair pricing of the products based on historic data, buying cost, currency rate and revenue targets.
- Risk-Analysis & Mitigation: I am keeping a constant tap on the stock and sales efforts to ensure a strong loss mitigation plan. This help to reduce the risk of materials getting expired or business loss due to decline in supply. Based on my analysis, I always sensitize sales people with apt sales plan. I also help my team to keep their eyes and ears open to avoid antibusiness situations.
- System Automation & Analytics: I am an ace in ERP (Spectrum). I have strong hand on experience in handling Sales and Purchase part of the Application. However, I have fair knowledge about other modules as well. Currently I am instrumental and Subject matter expert in the implementation process of the New ERP (Base-Vision). I have hands on experience in Business Analytics using office Suite.
