Scrum Master:

  • Facilitated Scrum framework for DMS POD—sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, enhancing team collaboration and communication.

  • PMO Activity: Supports Supply Portfolio Directors (based in the EU, US, and Africa) and engages with SPMs/PMs (based in various global locations) to ensure project and portfolio data completeness and accuracy.
  • Reporting Analysis: Establish and deliver necessary reporting to ensure projects are on track to deliver, including financials, schedule, and resources.
  • Purchase Order Management: Responsible for the creation and management of purchase orders in the Coupa tool, and handle the complete life cycle of POs until closure.
  • Power BI Dashboard: Review dashboards weekly to track upcoming milestones, update the tracker, and liaise with project managers to capture the escalations, issues, and gaps. Also, ensure that the quality of information is in line with the good practice guidelines.

  • Forecast Accuracy: Conduct an analysis of the health of the portfolio, and provide inputs for the monthly project review meetings. Review Estimates versus Actual for all Supply Projects and work with PMs to achieve Forecast Accuracy (+- 10%).
  • Finance Tracker: Create and maintain the financial tracker for supply and procurement in the FinTracker tool used for project finances standardization.
  • Training: Responsible for owning and updating training materials, and delivering ad hoc training to PMs and resources.
  • Senior Management Meetings: Coordinate and attend crucial monthly meetings, such as Tier 4, Product Line Councils, PM Forums, SPM Connect, etc. Record minutes and track the completion of action items. Responsible for creating and presenting a deck on PLC for all the portfolio projects to the Business Sponsors and Senior Management.
  • Budget Reallocation – Responsible for updating and submitting the Reallocation template as per decisions made on budget movements in PLC.
