  • Take control on the troublesome employees by initiating unbiased and appropriate disciplinary actions and grievance handling procedures.

EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION

TALENT MANAGEMENT & INTERNAL CAPABILITY BUILDING

Improving Build Vs Buy ratio. Creating succession plan for key leadership positions to de-risk the business and provide growth opportunities to high potential talent. Implemented interventions for internal talent development and conducted assessment centers for talent identification to key leadership roles, launched various academies for creation of internal talent pool which is scarce in the market. Led the implementation of the PMS that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs for all levels. Develop a robust and streamlined process for managing underperformers, and capability Issues across all functions. Endeavour to establish clear linkages between HR tools like incentive programs, Promotion Policy, taking care of Hypos.

CSR & LIAISONING

Ensuring long term sustainability of the business. Acting as the focal point for the Company’s CSR initiatives in the geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders by implementation of community engagement in a strategic manner and establishing the Brand by conveying the vision and principle of the company into the society through activities. Establishing strategic liaisoning with the external stakeholders including various Government offices, bureaucrats, Political Leaders etc with a relationship of mutual trust and respect for ensuring smooth and uninterrupted business operations.
