Assisting the quality manager in establishing implementing the quality management system.

• Supporting finished goods variance investigation and resolution ,compliant investigation ,process improvement and quality assurance testing methodology.
• Handling Third party inspection, customer like TATA POWER, L&T, THERMAX, GAME CHANGE SOLAR, JOHNSON LIFTS, WAAREE, STEARLING &WILLSON etc.
• Participating in leads corrective/preventive action. Initiatives and ensure timely resolution of supplier failure.
• Maintaining/ Monitoring ISO 9001:2015 QMS working closely with the cooperate quality management team for support and guidance ,managing suppliers performance and conduct audits.
• Reviewing customer and supplier requirement in the development of new products and Kaizen and ppt presentations.
• Performed Root cause analysis ,8D reports and develop corective\ preventive action as an output of internal and external audits.
• Educated and trained teammates in quality and manufacturing techniques as required.
