Summary

As an academician and researcher with over 15+ years of experience in higher education and industry, my teaching and research aims to provide meaningful learning experiences for students while building a vibrant and forward looking academic environment. I employ case studies, problem-based learning, data-driven analysis, and experiential activities to ensure students are prepared for the dynamic business environment. Over the years, my research has resulted in more than 27 publications in SCOPUS, Web of Science, and ABDC indexed journals, authored book chapters, and presentations at reputed national and international conferences, along with best paper recognitions. I have also received major extramural research grant from the National Commission for Women, Government of India, and the FRGS of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and hold four copyrights and a patent granted by the Government of India. On the administrative front, I have led value-added programs, FDPs, workshops, and seminars, and contributed to key institutional responsibilities, including serving as Special Invitee on the Board of Studies (University School of Fire & Industrial Safety), Program Coordinator of MBA (Financial Analysis), Nodal Officer for NAD, and Coordinator of the University Music Club-SWAR. I remain actively involved in NAAC, IIQAC, and NIRF processes to support continuous quality improvement and institutional development.
