Also implement digital devices into our regular teaching in school environment as a natural part of everyday life for a learner. Thorough Knowhow of Apple Applications, Friendly working with Mac. Well versed in with iTunes U courses, Microsoft office and iWork, good at developing online assessments with google.

04/06/2020-TOOLS OF ONLINE TEACHING: Initially helped my department with the basic interactive tools. Conducted webinars for the school to orient my fellow colleagues. Complied a book on the Tools for Teaching Online which is a quick leaners’ guide
06/06/2020-EFFECTIVE CONTINUOUS EVALUATION: Make use of the different assessment tools to evaluate the progress of students. Give them different kinds of hands-on activities and ask them to enjoy and learn as a group activities. Also it can be quiet helpful for the different kind of learners.
19/06/2020-CULTURE AND ART IN EDUCATION: The effects of arts education on children’s learning and development show significant positive outcomes on children exposed to arts programs with teacher supervision compared to children not exposed to culture and arts education. The children exposed to culture and arts do better in school, develop greater social, cognitive, and emotional skills and are more likely to earn higher degrees of education later in life. The lesson should be planned to incorporate all the elements of culture and art, so all kinds of learners are benefited
28/09/2020-ASSESSMENT FOR SECONDARY CLASSES - BLOOM’S TAXONOMY AND QUESTIONING TECHNIQUES IN ASSESSMENT: Prepared the assessment (question papers and assignments, Subject Enrichment Activities) based on Bloom’s Taxonomy.
24/11/2020-MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE: Incorporation lesson plan based on Multiple intelligence can benefit learns of different kinds of learners in the classroom.Lesson plan based on Multiple intelligence is already in practice which helps all kind of learners.
24/11/2020-LESSON PLAN IN SOCIAL SCIENCE: A proper lesson plan should be prepared by a Social Science teacher based on Bloom’s Taxonomy. Teachers must plan the curriculum, organize routine procedures, gather resources and arrange the classroom environment. There should be scope for students to learn by doing things.
27/11/2020-EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: It helped to identify the ways during teaching in the class for the development of EI of the student like Setting the framework for acceptable conduct – Allot some responsibilities, Give reward points, Focus on Group discussion/involvement activitiesNon-confrontational approach.
10/12/2020-NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY 2020 - SCHOOL EDUCATION: The NEP 2020 focuses on conceptual learning rather than learning for exams. Emphasis on overcoming language barriers in learning, 21st century skills development and universalization of access-from ECCE to Secondary are some key points.
30/12/2021-BEING AWARE OF THE EMOTIONAL AND BEHAVIOURAL CONCERNS OF THE ADOLESCENTS AND PROMOTING THEIR WELL-BEING- BY DPS HRDC: It has helped to discover the various ways to deal with Adolescence is a crucial period and how to develop social and emotional habits which are important for mental well-being. Behavioural disorders are more common among younger adolescents than older adolescents. The webinar has been a great learning experience. It has helped me to understand my students better and help them deal with problems of the adolescence.
12/01/2021-INNOVATION TEACHING PEDAGOGY IN SOCIAL SCIENCE - EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING - (X CATEGORY): It helped me learn how to engage each learner and benefit them with different learning strategies. It is the moral responsibility to ensure that those groups of students that are statistically most at risk are carefully monitored, and that, where necessary, steps are taken to ensure their presence, participation and achievement within the school. At the same time is necessary to be vigilant in watching out for learners who may be overlooked.
05/01/2022-INTEGRATION OF ARTS IN SOCIAL SCIENCE (IX-X): It helped elevate the skills to integrated art learning and facilitates to move away from the traditional paper-pencil or oral and recall method towards a continuous and comprehensive assessment method which can help assess both the learning of the subject as well as the socio-emotional development of the student. It helps to democratize the process of assessment, in which students are offered multiple modes to express their learning. Hence, it becomes an effective tool for both competencies-based learning and to assess the competency- based learning.
