US Private Equity & Real Asset (PERA) and Alternatives Reporting Team

• Responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports for the Alternative investments consisting of Private Equity and Real Assets.
• We identify and update the funds recurring cash flows and
  valuations in the application.
• Responsible for setting up new clients in the system
  Coordinating with General Partners for all required data and
  maintaining the common mailbox.
• Responsible for managing Client and General Partners related documents for further analysis and reports in Canto
• Analyze the cash flow notices sent by the fund manager and
  record the transactions accurately in our Accounting system,
  which is Investran
• Reconciliation of Partners Capital Account Statement, in which we reconcile client level information with the statement issued by general partners
• Retrieving and Validating since inception company data and
  fund terms using quarterly Financial Statements, Portfolio
  Updates and Capital Account Statements provided by the fund manager to create fund reports using the provided information
• Prepare Schedule of Investments report by aggregating the data at fund level and provide the fund level performance through quantitative and qualitative analysis on the performance of private equity funds and individual investments
• Responsible to research about the fund' new investment, fund' general & specific characteristics, and update that information in Investran
• Trained and mentored new hires

• Worked for Superannuation fund of Australian region.
  Identify the various Australian Superannuation funds, which need to be updated by checking their websites.
• Update the identified information of the shortlisted funds in a
  web-based application.
• Provide the current comparison report to the team members for processing.
• Maintaining process data and preparing necessary reports.
  Interacting with the onshore team in case of any query related
  issue through either call or email
• Updating the Standard Operating Procedures as and when
  required.
• Extract the data from various places and update that data in the Mercer IS Super tool.

• Responsible to update the Mutual Fund Holdings Components
  Funds in Bloomberg terminals.
• Validate the holdings of mutual funds
• Responsible to update all the basic Information of Equity
• Analysis for the Research of equities on the terminal of
  Bloomberg through the customized software of Bloomberg
• Responsible to research companies which is listed on any of
  exchange or Private Companies on Bloomberg
• Communicating with people in key positions to get their inputs
  for the research study and to explore potential business
  opportunities for the client
