· Conducting due diligence exercise;

· Drafting Opinions on legal issues and other issues;

· Co-Author in writing Article and Making PPTs and providing assistance for Seminar and Study Circle Meeting on Direct Tax and connected issues;

· Provide Training to CA and Law Interns on Direct Tax;

· Preparing submissions, letter and applications on FEMA and Black Money law;

· Other necessary actions like taking adjournments etc. regarding the case.
