Roles and Responsibility at FreshPrints
1. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and university career fairs to attract potential interns. Actively search for candidates with relevant skills and qualifications.
2.Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Assess applicants based on their education, experience, skills, and alignment with internship requirements.
3.Conducting Interviews: Coordinate and conduct interviews, either in-person or via phone/video calls, to evaluate candidates' suitability for the internship position. Ask relevant questions to assess their qualifications, motivation, and fit for the role.
4.Providing Information: Serve as a point of contact for potential interns, providing information about the internship program, company culture, and expectations. Answer questions and address concerns to help candidates make informed decisions.
5.Facilitating Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for selected interns, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
