As a city Assistant operations manager, I have been looking after new client acquisition and vehicle
deployment in Hyderabad and report to COO. Moreover, ensuring daily operations and fleet
performance at the existing clients such as Amazon, Grofers, Flipkart, Bigbasket, Udaan,
DHL, Porter etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To explore the new business through finding companies who required transportation
services.
• Fixing appointment with the new leads to explain collaboration.
• Explaining the commercials such as sales, dry lease and wet lease and closing the deal.
• Providing demo of the vehicle and conducting pilot runs at the client’s site.
• Promotional Activities-Events planning and execution.
• Participating in electric vehicle campaigns.
• Ensuring vehicle deployment and manpower allocation as per the client’s requirement.
• Vehicle engagement with other vehicle owners and drivers.
• Monitoring ground staff on performance and supporting to achieve targets.
• Tracking and monitoring performance metrics such as Delivery Success Rate, Missed
Deliveries, Fake Attempts and Rejects etc.
• Handling customer escalations on timely basis and available 24/7.
