  • Establish and execute a strategic vision,strategy and plan for the West Business Unit. In 15 months, the West Business Unit has grown in renue throughput from 3 cr to 12 cr.
  • Work towards building solutions and providing pre-sales support by enabling proposal development thinking - strategic business development and RFQ responses. Contributed towards acquiring 6 significant accounts in the last 24 months.
  • Drive a 4 cr solutions business unit (learning material/content & technology tool development) growth and profitability through a team of 15+ resources by building team capabilities and driving discipline on key solutions operations processes and practices. Partner with solutions team members to conceptualize modern learning solutions and also address tactical learning needs for clients. The department has consistently delivered 40% gross margin over the last 3 years.
  • Drive recruitment function with modern hiring methodologies to meet demands of organizational revenue goals and client interest in terms of hiring speed and talent quality. Recruiter productivity has increased from 3 to 4.5 over the past 24 months.
