• I was placed as Civil in-charge as well as planning engineer , i was responsible for following works.
• Project scheduling
• Identifying of Critical path and making of WBS
• Ensuring work as per SOP's and EHS guidelines
• Identifying risks and mile stones
• Tracking and monitoring of Project progress
• Client handling and billing
• Sub-contractor billing
• Inventory handling and Bulk material Reconciliation of free issue material.

35 MW Vedaah group Solar Power Plant,Dindigul,Tamilnadu.

• Check and verify all civil engineering permanent materials as per project specification and finalize the requirement as per company standard
• Coordination with Project Managers, vendors & other functional organizations, their works during execution Team
• Casting of pile foundations for MMS structure erection
• Construction of Inverter rooms, IDT foundations of the whole plant
• Close all the issue of Punch list items and preparing closing reports.

2*100 MW NVR-NSTN Solar Power plant,Atha group,Tirunelvalli, Tamilnadu.

• Check and verify all civil engineering permanent materials as per project specification and finalize the requirement as per company standard
• Coordination with Project Managers, vendors & other functional organizations, their works during execution Team
• Casting of pile foundations for MMS structure erection
• Construction of Inverter rooms, IDT foundations of the whole plant

DDUGJY Substation projects,Nalanda,Bihar

• Construction of Switchyard foundations
• Monitor and Control the progress as per approved schedule and quality requirements
• Providing feedback to Construction manager and Planning department on day to day basis
• Co-ordination with mechanical, Electrical team to resolve issues related to correlation of the related drawings and priority of the works
• Weekly meetings with Client and Site team to update the project schedule and progress
• Preparing/ updating the priority list of the drawings and documents required to carry out the works and follow up necessary approvals
• Follow/ implement Daily work Plan (DWP) system with operation team and carryout regular inspections pass necessary guidelines to contractors.

DDUGJY substaion project,Ghazipur ,Nalanda
