Store Manager (Hypermarket)
- Offline Business: People Management-Managing team of 34
- Sales & Ops- Managing 3 floored Hypermarket with the monthly sales of 2 Cr & area of 21000 sft
- P&L: Every month analysis the P&L & make plan to get better margin & reduce operating cost for the coming month
- Motivate Team : Motivate DH, TL & team by introducing various incentive schemes from time to time Inventory Control: Analyze the store wise shrinkage trend & accordingly plan actions & Stock take to keep it below budget
- Online Business: More Omni Sale: Average monthly sale of 10 L per month having average 60-70 OPD
- Amazon Fresh: First Mile: Live store, Orders, OPD, Sales,UPO, Line per Order,F&V Contribution, App Sign ups
- Middle Mile : ODR,INF,EAC Scan,C2S, UPH Last Mile: PDR, OCD Settlement Additional Responsibilities: Cluster SPOC- Additional responsibility as SPOC person for the cluster to lead the team in absence of my Manager & also help him collating data & getting few execution done through other store
- Last Mile : Maintain all the delivery KPI.
