• Currently working as Static Equipment Senior Design Engineer (Plant Engineering)
• Design of Pressure Vessels (Limpet Vessel, Jacketed Vessel) as per various codes & standards such as ASME & Other Standard
• Preparation of mechanical data sheet-MDS, RFQS, vendor offer review, Proposal & SOW preparation
• TQS, Technical Bid Evaluation, Vendor document and drawing review
• Participation in technical review meeting with Design Appraisers / Engineering Consultants / Clients
• Participation in 3D model review
• Familiar with preparing & Checking of Fabrication Detail Drawings, Client Coordination, Sub-Vendor drawing review for static equipment

• Design and detail engineering of various industrial pump package and structure skid systems
• Wastewater treatment plant and pump station design with process parameters and customer standards
• General Arrangement Drawing and Detail drawing development through Creo 4.0 with wind-chill software
• Generate Detail drawing with Bill of Material, Welding drawing details, machining drawing details
• Aeration projects, wastewater basin projects, UV TAK filtration projects

• Mechanical Design calculations of Tower internals and attachments as per ASME code data and software
• Design columns internals Tray, distributors, feed pipe and support structure
• Trough Distributors, chimney tray, bubble cap tray, multi pass tray, feed pipe
• Use of ASME Sec-VIII Div-1 & 2 for Design of Static Equipment
• Material Selection from Sec-2 Part-D
• Calculation for the Trough beam, tray beam and Tower attachments
• Experience of various Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steel and Stainless-Steel material jobs
• Checking detail engineering drawings and work up to customer/AI approval
• Optimizing the manufacturing processes & troubleshooting problems in coordination with other departments
• Detail study of client standard, specification, and mechanical data sheet and process data sheet.

• Use of ASME Sec-VIII Div-1/2 for Design of Static Equipment
• Material Selection from Sec-II Part-D
• Use of static equipment design with PV-elite and Manual Calculations
• Implementation of various UG codes of Subsection-A, Subsection-B for various methods used in the fabrication of Pressure Vessel, Subsection-C for various material applications
• Checking detail engineering drawings and work up to customer/AI approval
• Provide Technical Support to internal customer like machine shop, Weld shop, QC Purchase and another functional department
• Manual Calculation for the Design of Equipment and use of Software also
• Weight Calculation for equipment, etc
• Experience of various Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steel and Stainless-Steel material jobs
• Detail study of client standard, specification, and mechanical data sheet.
