  • Drafted and finalize the research proposal and got it approved from IHC to ensured compliance with institutional guidelines regarding ethical practices in research.
  • Collected human serum samples from KEM hospital properly by conducting interviews with individuals and obtaining proper consent adhering to health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Maintained records of all collected data according to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Managed logistics for fieldwork or sampling activities.
  • Hands on experience of 1H NMR for recording metabolite perturbations in different disease condition.
  • Interpreted obtained data from human serum samples using various bioinformatic tools into meaningful visualizations.
