OSD Testing Services procures data and performs testing of Myatt OLAM portal

• Myatt data portal is used to access AT&T Wireless, U-verse, Internet or Home Phone Accounts to View and Pay Your Bill, Check customer's Rate Plan, Usage and Upgrade Features etc
• In this project we worked on both Waterfall model and Agile (Sprint) Model
• Responsibilities: Analyzing and reviewing test data requirements from tester
• Test Data identification, Extraction using Toad and SQL queries and raising suitable data requests
• Analyzing and interpreting test data to verify different test scenarios
• Providing KT to new joiners

2) RJIL E2E

Client : Reliance

Domain : Telecom Services, 4G UMTS

Tools Used : Rational quality Manager, Rational Team concert The Project involved End to End testing of web application My Jio portal. The project also involved testing off android applications MyJio and Jio Chat. MyJio is an application which manages Jio accounts to view plan details, recharge etc

• The project also involved 4G network testing on different devices like IPhone, Sony, Samsung and LG
• Responsibilities: In a team of 7 people, assigning tasks on a daily basis
• Execution of test cases in RQM and raising defects and tracking of defects using RTC
• Worked closely with the entire team to improve productivity and escalated the issues on time
• Coordinating with the development team for defect tracking and closure of defects

3) VHA UAT Testing

Tools Used : HP-Quality Centre, Siebel CRM

The Project involves Testing of Siebel 16.1 e Comm application which is basically customer relationship management application. Siebel is a vast tool where Business agents have to navigate through a number of screens just to view the relevant information about a customer whenever a customer called in. The purpose of this module was to test new functionality added in Siebel CRM. This in turn would translate to a greater customer satisfaction as well as enhanced productivity

Responsibilities:

Responsible for UAT project planning like creating testing scenarios, test plans, and test scripts

• Handled the tasks of explaining UAT scope, criteria and entry/exit strategy to less trained professionals
• Performed responsibilities of conducting research on IT requirements and business requirements in UAT areas
• Handled the tasks of ensuring that the Pre-UAT activity is performed accurately and efficiently
• Execution of test cases in HP QC as per plan and documenting test results with sufficient details
