Thesis based, Food literacy and food consumption pattern in high school students from Mumbai metropolitan region Identification of disease-causing pathogen, 08/19, Isolated and enumerated pathogens causing urinary tract infection using morning midstream urine sample. Used enrichment media and staining methods to identify the pathogen causing infection. Biochemical test confirmed the pathogen to be Proteus mirabilis. Study of Azotobacter species and its application, 12/18, Isolated and enriched Azotobacter on suitable media, studied its characteristics and confirmed by biochemical test. Mass production done to check its efficiency as a biofertilizer.
