- Company Overview: Acentra delivers a broad range of health information technology enterprise solutions and customizable products to a diverse base of state and federal agencies
- We have using our testing framework project with aligned state and deferral agencies to provide the Healthcare claims adjudication along with other respective services
- Following the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) for every release
- Started working primarily in Facility settlement sub system such as Member, Level of Care Determination, Providing settlement to a facility & my health button (Mobile testing)
- From June 2019, I have been assigned with Facility settlement Subsystem lead role activities
- Create and execute test cases of the Defects and Enhancement in JIRA
- Raise and log the bugs in JIRA for the failed test cases
- Follow up the raised defect with developer
- Retest the fixed bugs and make sure the edit is working as per the Business logic
- Preparing work estimation of every release for Facility settlement Subsystem Defects & Enhancements
- Coordinating with internal and onsite team managers/Lead in daily activities
- Executing manual and automation Regression and Sanity test suites after every release
- Coordinating with the Development and Business Analyst teams for the Defect cycle management
- Conducting training sessions for the new and existing of the required sub systems such as Facility settlement and my health portal
- Working as Core / Flex model for the other teams whenever there is a need
- Working in multiple sub systems such as Reference, General Services & Prior Authorization
- Analysis, Design and Testing of computer software application systems
- Perform automated & manual test execution and report to management on test coverage risk assessment metrics
- Worked in Major initiatives like CIMS, Home help Initiative
- Design and create test plans test cases for each software release using advanced test design techniques
- Report issues through a formal bug tracking system and work with the engineering team to help isolate, debug, resolve issues/bugs
- Setup, configure, troubleshoot, maintain system test environments
- Produce high quality defect reports using defect tracking tools
- Experience in all types of Functional Testing
